Geofferson coordinated the development and design of a 4,000 SF ultra-modern luxury townhome in Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia. With ample roof decks, large windows maximizing sightlines, and a minimalistic interior design palette, this complicated build represents the pinnacle of urban infill development. The interior spaces feature a basement theater room; custom kitchen; spa like bathrooms; and elevator to serve the five floors.
