Lombard Estates
Geofferson coordinated the development and design of two 4,500 SF High Design townhomes in Fitler Square, Philadelphia. Representing some of the most expensive new construction homes in Philadelphia, specific attention was paid to the exterior quality, sightlines, materials, and functionality. The site was designed to allow for both homes to feature garage parking. The interior spaces feature basement theater rooms; custom kitchens; spa like bathrooms; and elevators to serve the five floors.
